1. Who operates this website?

Connect Web is the service-provider name that operates this website and presents website, e-commerce, managed hosting and care services.

2. What does the website collect?

This is an informational website with no user accounts or online payment. When you submit the enquiry form, what you typed is sent to our server so we can read and answer your request: your name, your company if you give one, a WhatsApp number or email, your current stage, and your brief. We pass the minimum necessary to three kinds of service provider: a spreadsheet service that organises requests, an instant-messaging service that alerts us when one arrives, and a transactional email provider that delivers that alert to us. If sending fails, the website offers an email link with a ready subject line for you to write and send yourself, and then nothing reaches us except what you wrote in that message. To protect the form we limit repeated attempts using your internet address without storing it alongside your request, and we turn contact details into a digital fingerprint to detect duplicate requests. We do not record your message content in our technical logs; a submission stopped by our spam filter is, however, kept with its content in an internal audit trail, so that we can review the filter and catch any genuine request it wrongly stopped. Consent to WhatsApp contact is optional and applies only to your current request.

3. Technical logs

Hosting and email services may retain technical logs needed for operation and security, such as an IP address, browser type, request time and requested page. Retention is subject to those services, our configuration and their operational policies.

We may use anonymous usage measurement (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used and improve the service. This measurement only runs after your explicit consent through the choice bar; you can always decline without any effect on your browsing, and change your choice by clearing the site's data in your browser. It does not collect a name, email or phone number, we use no advertising cookies, we do not sell data, and aggregated usage data is retained for at most 14 months.

4. How do we use email information?

We use information you voluntarily send to answer an enquiry, understand the need, prepare a proposal or manage a service relationship. We do not sell correspondence data. We may share the minimum necessary information with a provider helping us deliver hosting, email or an agreed scope.

We keep business correspondence for a reasonable period needed to respond, manage the relationship and meet contractual or legal obligations that apply to the situation. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
